Greek Herbed Lamb, Feta, Couscous & Pistachio Stuffed Peppers w/ Homemade Tzatziki

What's up? This recipe is an experiment in things I love. As soon as we settled on the ingredients I knew it would be a hit, but when I actually cooked it, I was amazed.  Fresh, healthy, herby, and powerfully delicious.
Bundle Contents: all natural local lamb, red peppers, onion, organic garlic, fresh organic thyme, rosemary and mint, olive oil, fresh squeezed organic lemon juice, chicken broth, couscous, parsley, all natural greek yogurt, all natural sour cream, cucumber, organic dill.
You'll Need: range/burners, oven, baking dish, one large pan, plates, forks, mouths
Cook Time: 25-30 minutes
Will Last: 1-2 days after delivery
