Marinated Skirt Steak w/ Blistered Balsamic Tomatoes and Pesto Cannellini Beans

What's up? Healthy, hearty, mind blowingly good, and on the table in 15 minutes, this delicious little number is pretty close to perfect.  It also might be the most simple and quick cook we've ever run.

When we were brainstorming this idea, we had no idea just how well all of the flavors would come together, but this dish is truly better than the sum of it's part. Get hyped.
Bundle Contents: all natural angus skirt steak (marinated w/ olive oil, scallion, organic garlic, lime juice, sugar, red pepper flake, cumin, soy sauce), olive oil, cherry tomato, minced organic garlic, balsamic vinegar, fresh basil, cannellini beans, homemade pesto (CONTAINS ALMONDS), lemon juice, salt, pepper
Will Last: 2-3 days after delivery
You'll Need: range/burners, one large pan, one small pot, forks, knives, appetites
Cook Time: about 15 minutes
Allergy Info: Contains Trace Gluten - just a few drops of soy sauce in marinade, Contains ALMONDS (pesto, can be omitted),
